I am Laddie M. Calloway, Owner of Dieago's Quality Solutions.
I have an adventurous & entrepreneurial spirit!! I want MORE!! More creative opportunities, more challenges, more experience, & even more adventure.

I aspire to leave a legacy to the generation after me and will work hard to achieve that goal in my church, in my family, my business, and my community.

I love problem solving. Literally love mathematics and if ever humanly possible, I would make 5 out of 2+2.

My Story
I started my company in 2013 out of frustration with over priced & under delivered products &/or services. Lawn maintenance is where it began.

My adventurous & entrepreneurial spirit was in me from my beginning. At age five seeing a big oak tree on the lot where my childhood home would soon be built. I told mom, "Don't worry, I will not climb all the way to the top" (I soon did). I engaged in my share of mischief like many kids have. As a preteen I sold candy and snacks in school, utilizing that Sam's club membership mom had.

As a 15 yr. old, my 1st employer was McDonald's. Customers loved me, co-workers admired me & the G.M alleviated me (still friends to this day). The owner saw my potential and encouraged me to go after more. In my 20's, in spite of some twist & turns in my journey, called life; my business was born (Amen).
I named my business in honor of my closets friend and father to my niece and nephew nickname. He was taken way too soon but will live on & never be forgotten.

Dieago's LLC, Quality Solutions, where Christ lives and we serve others, I now offer a multitude of services from design & installation landscaping to home renovations to dumpster rentals/truck services and auto mechanics .
